The Referral Agent Company (TRAC), was started by Timothy Lee. He’s passionate about the “human” side of business and has had great success as an HR Executive and running his own executive search firm.
After many years of real estate investing Tim decided to get his Real Estate license in 2017 and has been actively involved ever since.

What’s the difference between Real Estate Sales Person and a Referral Agent?
As a Real Estate Agent, you must pay roughly $2000/year and take a Continuing Education (CE) exam every two years to keep your license active. You’re also responsible to work with you client, other agents, complete numerous documents, attend open houses, attend inspections, find homes, make offers on client behalf, work through last minute issues and attend closing. Deal with municipalities, lawyers, mortgage brokers, etc.
As a Referral Agent, you only pay $100/year and do not have to take a CE exam. Your only job is to refer your client and everyone else does the work for you.
How does commission work as a Referral Agent?
As a Real Estate Agent, the commission you could earn on a $500K deal is maybe around $6,400.
